NOTE: You must have Java installed in your
system in order to install and run NDL.


Installation instructions for Windows:
-----------------------------------------------

1) Create a directory "c:\ndl" in your hard drive.

2) Download the file ndl.zip there and unzip it.

3) Start a DOS terminal, do "cd c:\ndl", and then
type "ndl" to run the system.

Installation instructions for Unix and Mac:
-----------------------------------------------

1) Create a directory "ndl" off your root directory.

2) Download the file ndl.tar.gz there and unpack it.

3) Start a Unix shell, do "cd ~/ndl", and then
type "./ndl" to run the system.
