Other Interests

I enjoy painting and traveling. I have won numerous awards and recognitions for my paintings during the years. One of the most memorable accomplishments is winning the best of show award (1st place) in US Congressional Art Competition in 1994 8th District Florida. My painting was displayed in the corridor tunnel leading to the U.S. Capitol Building for one year and I was offered an artistic merit scholarship from Savannah College of Art and Design.
